Fill out the Application form online (recommended)

IMPORTANT: If you are a Distance Student and do not plan on ever attending any classes at any of the Chemeketa campuses, be sure to select "Yes" on the Demographics screen where it asks: Do you plan to take only online courses?. This way you will not be charged for Out-Of-State tuition should you reside outside the state of Oregon. The form defaults to "No".

You must fill out an Admission Application form and mail or fax it to the registrar's office before you can take any class from Chemeketa Community College (including online courses, telecourses, some workshops, and on-campus classes).

The mailing address and the fax number are on the form, which you can download, fill out on your screen, and print from your own computer.
