Application:
Submitted evaluations are an important tool for finding possible target areas for improvements to your course. The head of your department will also have access to view these evaluations as well.

Instructions:

• Viewing student submissions are not available until after grades are posted for a given term.
• On the page accessed from the link above, enter your password. If you don't know what it is, click the "password request form" and select your name. Your password will be emailed to the address we have for you on file. This is, in most cases, your Outlook address or your My Chemeketa (cp.chemeketa.edu) address.
• The next screen will allow you to select the term and, optionally, a particular class that you have taught.
• Viewing a report, you will see a colored table with bars representing the percentage of answers given having selected that answer.
• Below the graph table will be the textual comments by students.

If a question or an answer is truncated with an ellipsis, place your mouse over it and a tooltip will reveal the entire statement.
