- Solution
- Students are able to preview a grading form attached to a discussion board topic. Create a discussion board topic to allow students to first preview the grading form, and then complete the assignment.

- Manually change the start date to the correct event date.

- Instructors cannot download email attachments to My Computer. When attempted, users receive an error message: 'This page not intended for display.'
- Solution
- Save the attachment to "File Manager" first, then select the file in File Manager and download it to your computer. OR, use the Assignment or Discussion Board tools to receive attachments.
- Problem
- Internet Explorer 6 and 7: When a user received a new email and opens it, an attachment cannot be added.
- Solution
- Close the email, re-open it, and then an attachment can be added.
