Upcoming Transcripting Changes:
Chemeketa Community College will be transcripting and moving into Academic History all Credit (including lab and recitation), Non-Credit, Chemeketa/Winema High School, Continuing Education Unit (CEU), and Developmental Education level course work. You will be able to request copies of your Non-Credit, Chemeketa/Winema High School, Continuing Education Unit (CEU), and Developmental Education level transcripts in addition to your credit level transcript. Below please find a summary of changes that will soon take place.
| Credit Transcript | The change to the credit transcripts will be that all parts of a linked class (ie. lecture/lab or lecture/lab/recitation) will now appear with a grade. The lecture will have credits associated with it and the lab/recitation will not. Lab/recitation grades will not affect the GPA. |
| Non-Credit Transcript | 'NC' grade will be issued for all non-credit level classes. |
| Chemeketa/Winema High School Transcript | 'HSC' grades will be issued for all high school level classes previously not graded. |
| Continuting Education Units (CEU) transcript | 'CEU' grade will be issued for CEU level classes when a student receives CEUs. We will convert old CEU grades ('P', 'U', 'N', 'I') to this new ‘CEU’ grade. 'NOCEU’ grade will be issued for CEU level classes for which students did not wish to receive CEUs. |
| Developmental Education Transcript | 'ABEGED’ grade will be issued for ABE and GED developmental education level classes. 'ESL’ grade will be issued for ESL developmental education level classes. |

A "continuing" student is any student who has taken a Chemeketa class within the past year.
An "admitted" student is someone who has never attended Chemeketa, or who has not attended within the last year, and has submitted a Student Record Form to the Admissions Office.
Other ways to enroll are to attend the first class or register in person during the first week of each term either on campus or at any of the outreach campuses.
